Dungeon Rental Rules Agreement

After your session, leave the dungeon clean and ready for the next session. A cleaning checklist is available next to the Rent Book. *

Enter and exit the dungeon wearing plain, casual clothes only. NEVER wear fetish clothes or shoes outside. *

If you break or damage something, please tell Mistress Mercy. You may need to replace it. *

If you use the last of something, replace it, refill it, or tell Mistress Mercy that it is empty. *

Sploshing and heavy "food play" sessions require a fully refundable $200 cleaning deposit in addition to the dungeon rent. *

You must ask for explicit permission from Mistress Mercy before bringing any guests, spouses, friends, or family into the dungeon. *

Do not give friends and family the address to the dungeon. (Food delivery and ride services are allowed because they do not know it's a dungeon.) *

Do not bring any illegal drugs to the dungeon. *

OK!

Sex of any kind is not allowed during sessions, including couples sessions. *

You can always move things around for your session as long as you reset the dungeon before you leave, but you may not redecorate, reorganize, hang new art on the walls, or make changes to the design of the space. (I know it's crazy, but it's happened twice.) If you have an idea for an improvement, please suggest it to Mistress Mercy. *

You may NOT post photos or videos from the dungeon showing nudity or illegal activities on public social media (Twitter, Instagram, etc). However, you may post explicit content on paywalled sites such as OnlyFans, Clips4Sale, etc. *
